  • We happily provide a one-year guarantee for your George korsa jewelry, where your jewelry is repaired free of charge (With the exception of irreparable damage).
  • Disclaimer: Depending on the product, some items that have been discontinued for over 2 years may not be eligible for repair due to unavailability of stone materials. 
  • All broken items are returned to our workshop for inspection.
  • A customer service representative will contact you after the inspection is completed to inform you of the repair process and costs.
  • Damaged/broken items returned for fixing are only accepted through our El manshya store. We do not repair or replace lost or stolen items.
    If you are outside of Alexandria and dropping off the item is not possible, pick up & return by courier can be arranged at the customer’s expense. To request a courier service for repair, kindly fill out the PICK UP REQUEST.
  • Please be informed that the return of your repaired jewelry will be the same delivery method as the drop off.
  • Please note that the Pick Up service is only applicable for addresses that are outside of Alexandria .

  • Returns in exchange for a credit note must be in their full original packaging & accompanied by a copy of the receipt/order confirmation and the plastic tag, and it will be approved after inspection.
  • If after inspection, the piece is not found to be as good as new, exchange/return will be rejected.
