Our local shipping fees are 100 EGP for standard shipping and 160 LE for Express shipping.

If you are unsatisfied with your online purchase, we will happily accept unworn, undamaged or defective full price products for exchange or refund on merchandise credit, within 14 days of receipt date. We happily provide a one-year guarantee period for your Jude Benhalim jewelry. We will repair any damage occurred to your Jewelry, in the exception of irreparable damage. A repair fee will be required for broken jewelry that have passed the 1-year guarantee period. You can drop off your damaged jewelry in any of our George korsa  store.. If dropping off your jewelry is not possible, pick up & return by courier can be arranged on the customer’s expense. Click here to request the courier pick up service.

Broken jewelry is sent to the workshop to be repaired. As the repair process takes time, kindly allow up to 14 working days to inspect and repair your jewelry. Returning the repaired jewelry to you must follow the same delivery method as the drop off.

We can only make and sell full pairs of earrings. If the style is in stock, you may purchase another pair. Some styles are produced for one season only and will not be available at a later time.
